Watch a certified energy auditor find air leakage with a thermal imaging camera. Platte-Clay charges members only $50 for the audit. After a member completes at least 50 percent of the recommended improvements outlined by the co-op's energy specialist, and within six months of the audit, members may be eligible for a rebate of up to 50% or $500 in matching dollars for improvements, plus the $50 audit charge can be reimbursed.
