To pay your electric, or electric service combined with Platte-Clay Fuels, water heater service agreement and surge protector, call the office at (816) 628-3121 and follow the prompts. During regular business hours, members may speak with a customer service representative, who will help with processing.

Please have your account number, located in the upper right hand corner of the invoice, available for processing, as well as your Visa or MasterCard, the two cards Platte-Clay processes with this system.

In addition to paying the bill, members also can use the automated phone system to check on the amount due on the account. Simply follow the appropriate options when prompted.
