PCEC will announce three $1000 scholarships before the annual meeting in late July. The scholarships are for students pursuing a degree to use within the electric power industry.
To apply for this scholarship the applicant must be a member or a PCEC member family and permanently reside within PCEC’s service area.
The applicant must be between the ages of 16 and 25 and be accepted or enrolled in a two or four year accredited college or trade school.
The scholarship will be paid directly to the financial aid office of the school in which the applicant is enrolled and credited to the account of the recipient.
Immediate family members of the Platte-Clay employee group, affiliated companies and the Board of Directors are not eligible to participate in the scholarship awards program.
